Madaxe (“Madaxe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Jetpack mobile game (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game handles, why it is handled, and the choices available to you.
By downloading or using the Game, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
The Game stores gameplay and preference data in the app’s private local storage. This can include:
This data is used only to provide and preserve the Game’s features. It is not uploaded to Madaxe’s servers. You can generally delete it by uninstalling the Game or clearing the Game’s app data through your device settings. Clearing app data may permanently remove your local progress.
The Android version uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide optional rewarded advertisements, such as ads offered for an in-game continue, daily reward, extra missions, or bonus coins.
When an ad is requested or viewed, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device and operating-system information, advertising identifiers or other pseudonymous identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interaction information, and fraud-prevention or diagnostic signals. The exact information and retention period can depend on your device, region, consent choices, and the ad providers participating in the request. Madaxe does not receive or control all information processed by these providers.

Where required, the Game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present consent choices before advertising initialization. Depending on your choices and location, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technically delivered. You can manage applicable choices through the consent options presented in the Game or through your device and Google advertising settings.
The Game does not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising data to build a Madaxe account profile.
If you enable reminders, Jetpack may request Android notification permission and schedule local notifications reminding you to return to the Game after you have stopped playing. Reminder timing is generated on the device. We do not send your notification token or reminder schedule to Madaxe servers. You can disable reminders in the Game’s settings or in Android system settings. Android may retain permission and notification settings according to its own system behavior.
The Android build may request internet access for advertising and notification-related system behavior, and notification-related permission for optional reminders. The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone, messages, files, or precise location.
Jetpack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The third-party advertising services used by the Game may apply their own child-directed treatment and age-related rules. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Local Game data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the Game’s app data, or uninstall the Game. Madaxe does not maintain a server-side copy of that data. Third-party advertising providers determine their own security measures and retention periods under their policies and applicable law.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Because Madaxe does not maintain an account or server-side gameplay profile for you, most Game progress can only be removed from your device using the controls described above. Requests concerning information handled by Google or another advertising provider may need to be directed to that provider.
